Please be aware that our RO makes a limited amount of water a day, for this reason we ask that you save the ice for drinks and use the large refrigerator's freezer for cooler ice, or purchase some at Harbour Side in the settlement. Coffee maker accepts grounds or Keurig pods. A grinder is provided. 

• full well-equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer and most baking and cooking needs. (we equip it as we do our own house)

* Games, from Giant Jenga to Cards Against Humanity, card games, jigsaw puzzles and more. 

* Beach towels are provided. 

* Beach bin includes one men's and one woman's snorkel, mask and flipper set, a set of beach chairs, a cooler, pool noodles and more. 

* Push to start generator, which will run the entire house (including A/C). We provide a full generator and another 5-gallon can of gas, which will run the house for about 36 hours with no power. After that, you can purchase additional gas at Orchid Bay marina. The only limitation is to run the hot water heater, microwave or coffee maker, you should power off one of the bedroom A/Cs.
